The Tiers Explained
No-risk tier: GobyMeds

This is a meaningful commitment — it puts the provider's revenue at risk if the medication and program don't produce results.
The important detail: this guarantee changed in June 2026. It was previously 9 months / 10% body weight loss — a more generous window and a more ambitious target. The current 120-day / 5% version is tighter. Five percent of body weight in four months is achievable for most patients on GLP-1 medication, which means the guarantee is more likely to be met (and less likely to result in a refund). Still, it's the only result-based guarantee in the market.
Eligibility-only tier: Found
Found refunds your payment if their provider determines you're not eligible for GLP-1 medication. This protects you from paying for a service that can't help you. It does not protect you if the medication doesn't produce the results you hoped for — that's not part of their commitment.
No-guarantee tier: Gala, MadeMed, Wellorithm

What a Guarantee Can't Cover
No telehealth provider can guarantee specific weight loss outcomes with certainty. Individual response to GLP-1 medication varies based on genetics, adherence, diet, exercise, starting weight, comorbidities, and dozens of other factors.
