Telos Rx: The Commitment Discount Model

Telos Rx's pricing is built around plan length. The headline $49 first month for semaglutide (or $99 for tirzepatide) is genuine. After that, your rate depends on how long you commit. A 12-month plan on microdosed tirzepatide can stay at $49/month. Shorter plans or standard doses run $129, $249, or $449/month depending on the configuration.

The challenge with this model is predictability. Unlike flat-rate providers, your cost at Telos Rx depends on three variables: medication type, dose, and plan length. Two patients on the same medication can pay very different amounts. If you're willing to commit to a longer plan and stay on a lower dose, Telos Rx can be one of the cheapest options in the market. MadeMed's value proposition is choice. They offer both injectable and oral formats for both semaglutide and tirzepatide — a combination almost no other single provider matches.
